PPE that doesn't fit has been discussed quietly in our community for years. Nothing was getting better, so we did a survey last year. The results were clear - more needs to be done, so we did a talk at Southampton Boat Show and have now compiled a report of our data and learnings. We're not alone - the women in the construction industry have the same issue and successfully campaigned for a new British Standard which applies to marine industry too! So help us spread the word and lets get some PPE that fits for everyone. 

We use it everyday...we need it to fit and work for our dimensions.
