Women in Boat Building has been a Community Interest Company for 3 years now, working towards a more gender-diverse and inclusive industry.

We’ve done a lot of stuff…from mentoring to socials and creating a stage….

….sharing the stories of women in the industry, creating role-models and inspiring others….

….we’ve made films, given talks, written articles, been on TV and radio and even been talked about in Westminster.

Now we need to get some funding to keep up the work…..so we are pulling together an impact report to showcase what we do.

It would be great to have some quotes and reflections from our community and the wider industry for us to include.
