Women in Boat Building Impact Report - what have we achieved in 5 years of WiBB?

I started WiBB as an instagram account, standing at my finishing bench at Spirit Yachts on tea break. I was happily filthy, proud of my sanding and varnishing and wanted to meet more women who also enjoyed working in a boatyard. 5 years on, we're taking a moment to reflect on what we've achieved and what happens next. Please read our report.
